INFORMATION & POLICIES

Please read the information below to help you prepare for your appointment

All services are by appointment only.

Appointments can be booked online on my easy-to-use booking system. 

Please book appointments 24hrs ahead of time. Same-day bookings are not available.

 

 

Arrival to your Appointment & Intake Form

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to ensure a full session. In the event a client is running late, the service will be shortened in order to maintain the schedule and the original treatment time will be charged.

Upon booking an intake form will be sent to your email adress that needs to be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your session may be rescheduled if it's not completed within that time frame.

Parking

Plenty of parking is available in front of the building.

Deposit

A $25 service deposit is required for new clients to book an appointment online. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. The remaining balance of the service is due at the time of your appointment. If you break the cancellation policy (listed below), your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Full Payment is required for the following conditions.

- Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

- No show or missed appointment

- Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment

 

Frequent Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If frequent rescheduling and cancelling becomes a pattern, even with a 48+ hr notice, it can be challenging to rearrange schedules and manage time effectively. Therefore, I reserve the right to decline future appointments from clients who have a history of frequent rescheduling.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Full payment is due at the end of service or you can prepay at the time of booking.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Cash as forms of payment. However Cash is the preferred way of payment.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards expire two years after the date of purchase. All gift certificates are non-refundable for any reason and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of a no-call/no-show the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and void. If a client is running late, the service may be shortened to maintain the schedule, and the client is responsible for payment in full.

Inclement Weather

In the event that there is inclement weather, all appointments will be rescheduled as your safety is of the utmost importance to me.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time. You may be liable for payment of the terminated session. In the case of a pre-paid session or a gift card, it may be considered used (and no refunds will be given) if any of the following apply.

Reasons may include (but are not limited to):

- Being under the influence of pain killers (otc/prescription), alcohol, or other drugs or intoxicants (massage may not be safe if you cannot gauge pain)

- Contagious Illness such as Flu or cold

- Poor hygiene - Please be relatively clean (bathed within the past 24 hours)

- Being rude or disrespectful
